Introduction to Postpartum Bladder Recovery

During your pregnancy your expanding uterus pressed down on your bladder and you likely found yourself peeing a lot more than usual. This coupled with the bladder having a harder time emptying out the pee, thanks to the hormone progesterone, made for frequent trips to the bathroom day and night.

We’re going to teach you to get your bladder back on track long before your baby is the one who needs the potty training.
